福島県郡山市出身。
即興演奏者およびディスコDJとしてキャリアをスタートし、その後ビートメイカーとしてメキシコ PIRA.MD Records、ポルトガル MiMi Records などからアルバム・EPをリリース。クラウトロック～ポストパンク由来のコラージュ色の強い作風を2010年代以降のビートミュージックの方法論と折衷した、アブストラクトでジャンルを超越した音楽性・独特の音響処理で知られる。2015年以降ビートメイカーのライブショーケース raw adikkt のオーガナイズ、および EN TOKYO への参加を通じ東京近郊のシーンと接点を持つ一方、映像作家やコンテンポラリーダンサーとのコラボレート～都内コンビニ等インストアのゲリラDJプレイなど自由な活動を展開している。

TOMC embarked on his music career first as an improv artist and disco DJ, before going on to release albums and EPs as a beatmaker on PIRA.MD Records (Mexico) and MiMi Records (Portugal) and several overseas countries. In recent years he have released LP ‘Yesternow Once Now’ (2017), and EP ‘Bake The House’ (2018) from PURRE GOOHN.
He is renowned for his eclectic, genre-defying plunderphonics / sampledelia music, blending post-2010s beat methodology with all ages music styles around the world and environmental sounds of urban city life.
He continues to expand his range in roles, such as a commissioned creator from enterprises, a marathon DJ at public spaces (e.g., office buildings, hackathons and so on), and he’s known as a key person of the emerging creative scene of East Tokyo including ‘record conveni’.
